Delivery:
Once payment is received, we will send the digital pattern files to the email address provided during the checkout process. Usually this happens within a few minutes, but please allow up to 30 minutes for delivery, especially on weekends and holidays.

If you have not received your sample within 30 minutes, please contact us at Contact@CrochetFam.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
